Home inspections are provided at Calgary rates to the following area's. North of Calgary to Olds; East of Calgary to Drumheller, Rockyford, Strathmore; South of Calgary to High River; and West of Calgary to Canmore.
The founder, Timothy Dutton, has been in the home inspection service industry  since 1995. He is a former acreage builder and project manager of home construction since the early 80s. His residence is located west of Airdrie, Alta; where he has resided for some twenty years. He is very well versed in acreage living. One of our companies many services includes acreage inspections.  Firstly, we are experienced enough to understand that during the process of an inspection, you the buyer are going through a positive, uplifting, nervous and fast time in your life. That is why our inspectors complete a detailed report identifying over 1000 items in your home and we do it in black and white for your records and give you a copy of the detailed inspection report at the end of the inspection. This process can also be done via a scanned e/mail report or faxed service. We here at CHINOOK HOME INSPECTIONS are a complete customer service orientated company, therefore, providing our clients with follow up call backs, prior to your possession, to inspect the corrections detailed in the inspection report.
