We do the complete home inspection as if it were in the city/town but in addition we inspect the pressure tanks and the septic tank. This package price is $500 base charge, plus G.S.T., which covers homes to 2000 sq ft.

CONDO / TOWNHOUSE / ROWHOUSING INSPECTIONS

Our inspection is the detailed home inspection minus the areas covered by the condo board. For example the roof, exterior, attic and areas so named in your documents. Our rates are reduced to reflect the areas that are not inspected. The detailed report is provided to you in a book and with a summary. Rates start at $280.00.

TRAILERS / MOBILES / MODULAR HOME INSPECTIONS

Our report is the detailed home inspection report provided to you in a book and with a summary of the areas highlighted from the inspection report. Rates start at $290 for single wide units and $330 for double wide units.

SINGLE DETACHED HOMES

Our inspection report details the condition of the roof, attic and foundation. Electronic meters are used for the plumbing, electrical and heating tests. Each room is detailed as to the condition of the ceiling, walls, windows, electrical, floors and the way the doors fit. All included appliances are detailed along with the operation of each. Rates are  based on square footage and start at $280.00 plus G.S.T.

FORM OF PAYMENT

CHINOOK accepts VISA, MASTERCARD, CHEQUE OR CASH. Full receipts are issued at the time of the inspection and are attached to the book with the inspection report and summary page. Our G.S.T. number is included in each report receipt.
