STRUCTURAL ASSESSMENT OF THE STRUCTURAL COMPONENTS OF THE HOUSE.

This details a visual examination of the basement, attic, flooring, walls, etc.

ROOF ASSESSMENT

Our inspection report provides you with the details of the type of roof, roofing components, slope of the main roof, including any addition roofing attached to the house. We also detail the condition of any plumbing vents, chimneys, flashing, or other protruding structures through the roofing material.

PLUMBING ASSESSMENT

Our inspection report will identify any potential problems with the supply or waste systems.

SITE AND DRAINAGE

Our inspections identify problems and provide recommendations with natural/man made drainage of grounds and roofing drainage in respect to any damage that may deteriorate the foundation or other structural material in the home.

HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING ASSESSMENT

We check for carbon monoxide(CO) readings to ensure the safety of you and your family. Heating/Air Conditioning systems are examined visually for completeness, damage, HVAC References. We always encourage a C.O detector be paced on the sleeping floor for your protection.
